Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist specializing in helping children, teens, and adults recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also support clients navigating complex coping strategies and life experiences, including substance use, unhealthy eating patterns, grief, and spiritual or religious struggles. I hold a Master of Social Work and have experience with first responders, immigrant populations, and individuals with disabilities. All are welcome.

My approach to therapy

I use EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and integrative approaches including art and faith-based work. My style is collaborative and supportive, helping clients explore how past experiences shape thoughts, feelings, and coping, while uncovering and integrating different parts of the self that carry pain or fear. I take a holistic approach to wellness, value each person beyond their symptoms, and offer a Catholic Christian perspective if desired—while recognizing that the most important intervention I can offer is hope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, review your history, and clarify your goals for therapy. You can expect a safe, collaborative environment where we identify patterns that may be holding you back and begin building strategies to feel steady, safe, and in control of your life again.
