Great to meet you!

All referrals are welcome. My approach to therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Together we can identify the obstacles that you may be facing to navigate the path towards a more fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. My practice is based in Philadelphia and offer my services to residents across the state of Pennsylvania.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process which is built upon openness, understanding, and hope. I believe the most important relationship you have is with yourself. Therefore, my work with clients centers around developing a healthy sense of self in order to manage life’s difficulties more easily. My goal is to provide an environment where you will feel safe to express yourself, to be heard, to heal, and to explore the possibilities for making lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

My hope is for clients to gain valuable insights from therapy that will empower them to make changes in their daily lives. This process will look different for each individual. Some people may be seeking solutions for a specific problem and others may be trying to make sense of past events that could be influencing their current circumstances and choices. Our work together will provide an opportunity to gain clarity and develop healthy coping strategies.
