Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and confidence. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University and has experience working in hospital settings, oncology, private practice, and family therapy.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused strategies, I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel understood, build coping skills, and create meaningful goals for growth and healing. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, medical-related anxiety, and parenting stress. I have a special interest in working with children ages 12 and under, while also welcoming young adults, couples, and families seeking support.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, calming, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and supported without judgment. My goal is to help clients gain confidence, resilience, and clarity so they can move forward with greater balance and peace. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and understood without judgment.
