Many of my clients look like they have it together—but inside, they feel stuck, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed in their relationships. I help adults untangle painful patterns rooted in emotional neglect, people-pleasing, or past relationships that felt confusing or unsafe. Together, we’ll slow down, go deep, and help you get to the root of the issue.

Headway helps you stay on track with expert-guided support for ADHD — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right ADHD therapist in Tampa starts with understanding the type of care that fits your situation. Some people explore talk therapy approaches to build strategies for focus, time management, and emotional regulation, and a qualified healthcare professional can help determine what support may be appropriate. Others may need a psychiatrist who can evaluate whether medication management is appropriate. Some people use more than one type of support, and a qualified healthcare professional can help determine what approach may be appropriate. Providers on Headway include licensed therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in ADHD for adults, children, and teens.
With 4896 mental health providers practicing across the Tampa Bay area — from South Tampa and Westshore to Temple Terrace and Riverview — narrowing your options can feel like a lot. Consider what matters most: a provider who has experience with ADHD specifically, one who offers virtual or in-person appointments, or someone whose communication style feels like a good match. Reading a provider's bio before booking can help you understand their approach and decide if they're right for you.
Therapy in Tampa can be expensive without coverage, but using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce what you pay. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before your first appointment, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find an ADHD specialist who fits both your clinical needs and your budget.
