Finding the right ADHD therapist in Tampa starts with understanding the type of care that fits your situation. Some people explore talk therapy approaches to build strategies for focus, time management, and emotional regulation, and a qualified healthcare professional can help determine what support may be appropriate. Others may need a psychiatrist who can evaluate whether medication management is appropriate. Some people use more than one type of support, and a qualified healthcare professional can help determine what approach may be appropriate. Providers on Headway include licensed therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in ADHD for adults, children, and teens.
