Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. The work I do is solution focused and goal oriented - I want to help you truly make movement on your goals. I’m especially passionate about supporting mothers during pregnancy and the postpartum period, with certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I can help you navigate emotional challenges of the perinatal and motherhood season while finding ways to care for yourself as well. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you actually make change, not just talk about it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused on helping you make real, meaningful changes—not just talk about them. I believe therapy can be both impactful and approachable—it’s serious work, but there’s also room for humor along the way! I strive to create a space that feels motivating and light.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and your story so I can understand our starting point. That first session will be question heavy, but after that I want our work together to feel conversational. I bring a direct but casual approach to care in effort to make sure we stay on track to actually accomplish change.
