My name is Keisha Sando and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy helping people discover their purpose and find joy and peace in their lives. I have a passion for helping people learn how to manage depression, anxiety and symptoms as it relates to past negative experiences. I believe that you can be a confident and happy individual despite what you have gone through.

My approach to therapy

I have a welcoming and understanding approach which helps my clients to feel relaxed. I often teach my clients skills in the sessions to help them manage their symptoms. I help my clients change their negative thinking patterns into positive thinking patterns which ultimately helps them to feel better.
