Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.

I provide telehealth services across multiple states, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based practices to help you build resilience and clarity. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where collaboration and personalized care are at the heart of the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Your first counseling session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin—simply showing up is enough. Together, we'll explore what brings you to counseling, discuss your goals, and begin building a path forward that feels right for you.

I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, share your experiences openly, and feel supported as we work collaboratively toward greater hope, resilience, and well-being.
