Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist and yoga teacher who works with children (8+), teens, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem. I connect especially well with neurodivergent clients and those who tend to “live in their heads” and want support learning how to feel, experience, and cope through a more embodied, bottom-up approach. My background blends somatic therapy, yoga therapy, mindfulness, parts work and psychodynamic perspectives to support whole-person, mind–body healing.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and adaptable. I integrate somatic practices, grounding, parts work, mindfulness, and creative or movement-based tools to help clients reconnect with their bodies and feel more regulated. I focus on authentic conversations, practical coping skills, and honoring each person’s autonomy. I strive to create an affirming space for all identities.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most supportive right now. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin to build a personalized plan—whether that includes grounding practices, coping tools, or simply getting to know one another and easing into the work.
