Great to meet you!

Living authentic lives aligned with our true values and beliefs is challenging at times. When out of alignment, we may recognize we no longer function well, feel stuck, or lack a sense of meaning and purpose. Previous coping strategies may no longer be sufficient to deal with life’s unexpected events. We may recognize we need help to access our innate wisdom and strengths, claim our own voice and self-worth, and free ourselves to move towards our goals.

My approach to therapy

With 18+ years experience in social work and ministry, I am adept at working with a diverse population and trained in a variety of somatic-based and trauma-informed approaches. My practice is shaped by my background in mindfulness, spiritual direction, death and dying, competitive athletics, animal-assisted therapy, international work, and love of the outdoors.

What you can expect from me

We all have gifts to share with the world. Freeing ourselves from the chains of our past is difficult, but life-giving work. I hope you will find in me a counselor who is compassionate, open-minded, and able to create a safe place to help you discern and follow your own truth. I look forward to partnering with you in your journey towards healing and health.
