Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Kimberly G. Galindo, MSN, PMHNP-BC, RN, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience in critical care, behavioral health, leadership, and patient advocacy. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, stress, burnout, and insomnia in adolescents, adults, and older adults. My services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, psycho-education, and individualized treatment planning.

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach and strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where individuals feel heard and respected. My goal is to help patients build resilience, improve their overall well-being, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. I work with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and education. My goal is to help patients improve their emotional well-being, build resilience, and achieve lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, symptoms, and goals. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, review relevant medical and mental health history, and explore factors that may be affecting overall well-being. Together, we will identify treatment goals and develop an individualized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and coping strategies. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a clear path forward.
