Great to meet you!

I am a psychologist with years of experience treating adults of all backgrounds, including BIPOC and those in LGBT communities. I focus on treating depression, trauma, anxiety, and identity concerns. I am passionate about providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care to those she serves.

My approach to therapy

I received training in several evidence-based psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I utilize an integrated approach to care; I like to tailor my evidence-based interventions to the client's specific needs.

What you can expect from me

I believe the most important aspects of psychotherapy are safety and the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you process your concerns and bear witness to your growth. I enjoy working with those who are eager to improve their emotional functioning and deepen their understanding of themselves. In service of that, I tend to provide some sort of "homework" for clients to work on outside of sessions to continue their progress.
