Great to meet you!

If you’re carrying the weight of past experiences—old wounds, feel stuck in repeating patterns, or ready for something to meaningfully shift—you don’t have to journey in this work alone. I enjoy working with Millennials and Gen Z, who are ready to go deeper than coping. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll understand the roots of what you’re experiencing, process what has been hard to carry, and move toward healing that feels real and lasting.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, with advanced training as an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist. I understand that difficult experiences can affect how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world, and I believe healing often involves more than simply managing symptoms.

My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, weaving together EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), attachment-based, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches. Together, we can explore the deeper patterns and experiences contributing to distress while helping you build greater self-awareness, emotional connection, and compassion for yourself. My goal is to support deeper healing and meaningful, lasting change so you can move through life with greater ease, confidence, and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we triage what needs our attention first. That might mean providing tools and skills for immediate symptom relief or processing the difficult emotions you're holding now. Once we've attended to what's most pressing in the present moment, we can then uncover the roots of the issue from the past.
