Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a clinical social worker since 2010, and am extensively trained in evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Perinatal Mental Health, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I focus on navigating life transitions and increasing direction and purpose in adult life, with a focus on trauma processing and mood stabilization

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and particularly enjoying supporting folx around identity formation, mood management, behavioral change, trauma processing, attachment in relationships, and management of daily life stressors. I have a special interest in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as supporting those in childbearing years around conception, fertility challenges, loss, and perinatal mental health.

What you can expect from me

I want to work collaboratively to decide how therapy can be most helpful for you. You can expect 55-60 minute sessions through video every 1-2 weeks. I'm available weekdays during regular business hours
