Hi, I'm Dr. Lauren Bartholomew! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, trained in Internal Family Systems. I work with folks experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. My approach is gentle but direct; I'll call you out if you need it, but in a way that'll make you feel cared about and headed toward growth ;)
I work primarily from an Internal Family Systems lens, but include humanistic and cognitive behavioral aspects as well. I work with people healing from toxic family dynamics, childfree folks, highly sensitive people, equestrians, and people who remain covid conscious.
For everyone I work with, my hope is that they experience growth, healing, and fulfillment. Together we work toward setting healthy boundaries, developing emotional intelligence, and ensuring you're living an authentic life.
