Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist who works with adults who have experienced trauma, people exploring identity, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating complex relational patterns. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

I provide a collaborative, nonjudgmental therapeutic space and my work is grounded in respect for you and your experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and neuroaffirming. This means we’ll explore not just what’s happening in your life now, but also the deeper patterns, early experiences, and relational dynamics that continue to impact you. I pay close attention to power, identity, and systemic context. I use a neuroaffirming approach and we can work together to bolster areas that are a struggle and identify your strengths. Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process that balances insight with emotional processing and practical integration.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, your history, and how therapy might be helpful to you. You can also expect space to ask questions about how I work and what therapy might look like moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of whether this feels like the right place for you.
