Great to meet you!

As a clinician with advanced training from Harvard Medical School in Women’s Health and Menopause, I specialize in the complex biological and emotional shifts of midlife. I bring a unique lens as an Eating Disorder specialist, ensuring that as we navigate midlife body changes, we do so through a framework of body trust and metabolic neutrality—protecting you from the 'diet culture' traps that often resurface during this transition. In my practice I don't just provide therapy; I provide a roadmap. We combine clinical psychotherapy with strategic advocacy, helping you translate hormonal symptoms into actionable plans for your medical team. My approach is one of radical presence—utilizing highly attuned, focused listening to help you filter out the hormonal noise and find your way back to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in the understanding that our mental health is inseparable from our hormonal health. I look at the 'whole person,' acknowledging that the neuro-inflammatory changes of perimenopause often drive the psychological symptoms clients feel.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is an 'Intake Plus.' We’ll handle the necessary clinical pieces—like your history and current mental health—but we’ll weave in a focused look at your hormonal health. We’ll identify which 'Second Puberty' symptoms are hitting you hardest and establish a safe space where no topic (from libido to lab results) is off-limits. It’s an hour dedicated entirely to grounding you in this transition.
