Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I recognize that healing is deeply personal, and finding the right support matters. I am committed to helping clients find genuine connection and care that makes therapy successful.
I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from UC Irvine, a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from TCU, and have completed various advanced trainings that inform my counseling approach. I'm passionate about creating a space where every person feels seen, supported, and empowered in their healing. In addition to my clinical work, I am a PhD student in Counseling and Counselor Education, where I research sexual victimization and multigenerational trauma. I work with clients ages 10 through adulthood navigating the following life challenges:
- Sexual abuse, victimization, & health
- Complex trauma
- Traumatic grief
- Difficult life events & life transitions
- Challenging family and relational conflict
Outside of the counseling room, finding harmony among the roles of student, spouse, researcher, and counselor gives me a deeper appreciation for the complexities of everyday life and the importance of relationship. I enjoy reading, dancing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. At the end of the day, I am a person who values connection, growth, and the messy, beautiful complexity of being human — and that is exactly what I aim to bring into the room with every client I have the privilege of working with.
