Great to meet you!

I am a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 11 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and 13 years as a Registered Nurse. I develop collaborative treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to your individual needs. When appropriate—and if it aligns with your interests—I also incorporate integrative modalities to support a more whole body approach to care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in involving the patient in their treatment plan, as I find that when patients feel heard and considered, treatment tends to be much more effective. I take an integrative approach, treating the whole person with particular attention to the mind. There’s much more to effective care than just focusing on medication.

When a patient seeks treatment for ADHD, I may request previous records or recommend further testing to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to foster a supportive and collaborative space where patients' feel empowered and leave with a clear, solution-focused mindset. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is hearing that patients look forward to their next visit.
