Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lydia, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly, gain deeper insight, and leave each session feeling supported with practical tools you can apply in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I'll also ask questions to better understand your strengths, relationships, coping strategies, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. You're always welcome to ask questions about the therapy process, my approach, or anything that will help you feel more comfortable.
