Great to meet you!

I hold a psychology background from Baylor University and transitioned to working in a neurofeedback clinic. Concurrently, I pursued a master's in clinical mental health from Belmont University. Following my academic journey, I established my private practice. Drawing from my experience in a neurofeedback clinic, I've cultivated a distinct approach that seamlessly blends traditional talk therapy with insights from brain science.

My approach to therapy

I often take an integrative approach, as I do not think one size fits all. In your first session, we will explore and discuss what brought you into therapy and your goals. Through this discussion I will use my knowledge of trauma informed therapy and brainmapping to help you explore how your experiences and family system effect your sense of self and how to embrace these parts of your story.

What you can expect from me

Clients working with me often experience a heightened understanding of themselves, leading to a reduction in symptoms such as anxiety and depression. My approach empowers individuals to navigate their challenges with greater insight, fostering positive change and emotional well-being.
