Makayla Dulley

My clinical focus and specialties are with assisting clients to realize their full potential and to help them recover from sexual and pornography addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, and issues surrounding grief and loss. I walk along side each client as they discover their own resiliency, their personal strengths, and their motivation to make the positive changes in their life they deem necessary.

I am a psychodynamic and person-centered practitioner. My therapy techniques align with the Strengths Perspective and draw from Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I work with each client to establish realistic goals and to help them build the skills they need to make progress.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for each client to feel heard and accepted no matter the barriers they may be experiencing. I believe I provide an authentic, non-judgmental, and engaged environment for clients.
