My clinical focus and specialties are with assisting clients to realize their full potential and to help them recover from sexual and pornography addiction, anxiety, and depression. I walk along side each client as they discover their own resiliency, their personal strengths, and their motivation to make the positive changes in their life they deem necessary.
I am a psychodynamic and person-centered practitioner. My therapy techniques align with the Strengths Perspective and draw from Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I work with each client to establish realistic goals and to help them build the skills they need to make progress.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for each client to feel heard and accepted no matter the barriers they may be experiencing. I believe I provide an authentic, non-judgmental, and engaged environment for clients.
