Great to meet you!

I am no longer accepting new clients and have closed as of June 1, 2026.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself to be compassionately directive in my work. Rather than focusing solely on worksheets or surface-level coping strategies, I aim to go deeper—making space for discomfort, silence, and honest reflection. I’m an engaged and active therapist, offering observations, inviting new perspectives, and bringing in humor when it feels appropriate. I approach each session from a humanistic perspective: you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater understanding and wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you feel safe, seen, and taken seriously. You’ll be supported in exploring your inner world with curiosity and care, and at times encouraged to look more closely at the things that feel difficult to face. I approach this work with compassion, clarity, and respect, and my goal is for therapy to feel both grounding and meaningful.
