I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with a background in clinical case management, ADHD/Psychoeducational assessment, and counseling psychology. I am trained in utilizing Eye-Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in therapy with clients.
I utilize a relational, attachment-focused and trauma-informed approach to help you reach your goals. I provide a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood as a human but also challenged and empowered to grow.
