Great to meet you!

I've provided individual and family counseling for 7 years, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement and Solution Focused Therapy with children, adolescents, adults and families. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for therapeutic healing. Clients learn mindfulness and self-soothing while processing trauma and life experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use holistic, client-centered and trauma-informed approaches to provide art therapy and traditional talk therapy treatment. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the words to express yourself. I use creative verbal and nonverbal expression techniques with my clients to explore the impact of experiences, and better communicate, understand and regulate their emotions.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients learn mindfulness and self-soothing while processing trauma and life experiences. Holistic wellness looks different for each person. I work with clients to help them better understand themselves, create and reach goals and empower each person to make positive choices.
