Being in the helping profession has given me the opportunity to touch and transform the lives of others in special ways. During my time working as a Licensed Professional Counselor, life has given me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life facing different issues. I am a graduate from Our Lady of the Lake University were I completed a Master of Science in Psychology and earned a Certificate in Psychological Services for Spanish Speaking Populations in 2013.
My areas of specialty are: PTSD & Trauma, Relationship Issues, Grief, Anxiety, Women Issues, and Men Issues. I am a trained EMDR & CPT Bilingual Therapist. I draw from different modalities to help my clients find healing. I am a trained EMDR therapist, Cognitive Processing Therapy trained, CBT Model, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strenghts Based approach to therapy. I am a Board Certified Coach.
My main goal is to ensure my clients get the most out of the counseling process by proving a safe, non-judgemental, and comfortable environment. I walk side by side with my clients on their healing process. I like to instill hope and a positive atmosphere on the work I do with each and every single one of my clients.
