Great to meet you!

She has been carrying everything for everyone and has nothing left for herself. She looks capable on the outside, but underneath, she is tired in a way she cannot explain to anyone. She has never been able to take the mask off because she does not know who is underneath it. She is not looking to be fixed. She is looking for someone to see her finally. Really see her without needing her to be okay first. That is who I work with. Because I was her. I help women understand where their patterns came from, why they keep carrying what was never theirs, and who they are when they finally put it down. If you are exhausted in a way sleep does not fix and ready to stop performing wholeness, this is the space for you. If something in you exhaled reading this, that exhale is your answer. You have been holding it together for a long time. You do not have to keep doing it alone. There is a space here where you do not have to explain yourself before someone understands you. You are allowed to put some of it down. When you are ready, I am here. If something in you exhaled reading this, that exhale is your answer. I accept Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Anthem EAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New Hampshire, Point32 Healthcare, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, United Healthcare, and private pay.

My approach to therapy

I help you understand why you think the way you think and where those patterns came from. We work on quieting the voice that says you should be handling this better, building emotional awareness, and figuring out who you are underneath everything you do for everyone else. Honest, warm, and grounded in real life. Change here does not feel forced. It feels like finally exhaling.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simple. You talk. I listen. Not to diagnose you or hand you a treatment plan. Just to understand what you have been carrying and what made you finally decide to reach out. You do not need to have it figured out before you come in. Most women leave feeling like someone finally heard them. That is enough to start.
