Great to meet you!

Welcome! Bienvenidos! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe mental health is essential to overall happiness and stability. Taking the first step to seek support can be difficult, and I commend you for doing so. Additionally, as an Acudetox Specialist (Texas Medical Board), Grief Specialist, and Board Certified Coach, I’m committed to guiding and supporting you as you work toward your wellness goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person’s experiences and needs are unique, which is why I take an individualized approach to therapy. As we work together, we’ll build a collaborative and supportive partnership grounded in open communication, trust, and respect. My role is to listen, encourage growth, provide honest feedback, and support you throughout your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with an introductory session where you can share your experiences, concerns, and goals for therapy. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space where you feel comfortable being open, heard, and supported. From there, we’ll collaborate to develop meaningful goals and take intentional steps toward creating positive change in your life.
