I strives to provide clients a safe, calm, open therapeutic environment. We tailor the therapeutic treatment of our clients based on their current situations and their desired directions in life. Some of life's transitions can be difficult to cope with and treating those transitions may be the key to a happier way of life. Whatever the case may be we all need help, and somebody to talk with at times during our life's journey. At MRL Counseling LLC we strives to provide clients a safe, calm, open therapeutic environment. Whatever the case may be we all need help, and somebody to talk with at times during our life's journey.

Some of our clinical interests include working with children and adults with disabilities, mental illnesses, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder and grief as a result of the loss of a loved one. We specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and have been used in the past as an expert witness on behalf of our clients. We have a passion for working with first responders, active military, veterans and their families. At times life can be hard as a result of loss of a loved one, a new illness, a chronic illness, a disability, depression or just everyday life. We are very concerned about our clients needs and are available to discuss any solution to better your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all cookie cutter approach to therapy. I strive to meet my client where at .tailoring their treatment to their specific goals and desired outcomes. Some of my Therapeutic Modality's are
