Great to meet you!

*Please note couples and/or family therapy clients are private pay only*

You don’t have to hold everything together here. Most of the women I work with are the ones everyone else relies on. They’re high-functioning, exhausted, and carrying more than anyone sees. My role is to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and untangle the patterns that keep you in survival mode.

My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I won’t talk at you or give you vague advice. We’ll look at what’s happening in your body, your relationships, and your daily life. We’ll build skills you can actually use. And we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and doable for you.

I’m a mom of three and a therapist who has lived through my own seasons of overwhelm. I understand what it’s like to look “fine” while feeling disconnected or overstretched inside. That blend of clinical training and lived experience helps me meet you where you are without judgment.

Most importantly—you get to show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to be organized. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be doing “well.” I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and tools that make your life feel more manageable.

If you’re ready for therapy that feels grounding, supportive, and practical, you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, somatic (body based), and grounded in real-life application. I combine nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and inner child/attachment work to help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why your body responds the way it does. We slow down your internal world so you can think clearly, feel more regulated, and make decisions from a place of stability instead of survival mode.

Sessions often include exploring how stress shows up in your body, learning practical regulation tools, and untangling patterns connected to past experiences or current demands. I don’t take a surface-level approach. I want you to feel safe, supported, and understood so you can build long-term change—not just short bursts of relief.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to feel warm, attuned, and down-to-earth. I’ll bring both clinical expertise and real humanity to our work. I offer guidance, reflection, and skills while also honoring your pace and what your nervous system is ready for. Together, we’ll build the internal safety and resilience you need to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.
