Hi, I'm Melissa. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Georgia. I specialize in working with adults and couples throughout the lifespan.

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and compassionate lens. I value creating a safe space which encourages self-inquiry and self-awareness. I often use an integrative approach to therapy which includes cognitive and somatic modalities.

In our first session, I'll want to learn about you, the challenges you're facing, and what brings you to therapy. I believe in collaboration, so I'll ask about your therapy goal so we can create a plan that works for you.
