Hi! have a long history working with kids in the foster care system. I work with clients from various walks of life ages 12 years and older a variety of different emotional difficulties find a way to improve the quality of your relationships with family and friends. You’re taking the first step, and I congratulate you for that because it’s not an easy thing to do.
I specialize in helping people restructure their way of thinking to a safe and mindful place. I can support you getting through life stressors. I use a variety of techniques such as CBT, DBT, Person Centered, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based, Trauma Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment. I can also help you navigate trauma or grief issues. I will do my very best to help you move toward health and happiness. Sessions are currently offered via teletherapy.
