Great to meet you!

It’s always been a privilege for me to hear others’ stories and have them trust me with the vulnerable parts of themselves. My clients tend to appreciate my warm, down-to-earth approach. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and I work well with individuals with depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, anger, and relationship issues. I enjoy supporting young adults, parents, and those struggling with past trauma.

My approach to therapy

I offer a welcoming, warm presence with large doses of empathy and compassion, and I also love encouraging clients to see things in a different light.
