I have been in the mental health and social service field for 10 years working in the Seattle area. I have a masters degree in social work from University of Washington and graduated from their bachelors program with honors.
I take a very individualized approach and walk with my clients in partnership towards their goals, healing, a recovery. The client therapist relationship is sacred and I am so honored to have the privilege to serve you.
I am passionate about advocating for mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and diversity and equity work. I strive to educate families and communities about the importance of mental health and the benefits of seeking help. By fostering open and honest conversations, I aim to break down barriers and ensure that everyone has access to the care they need.
My expertise is with complex trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, substance use, mood disorders, borderline, and depression. Clients can expect to gain insight, coping skills, and reduction in challenging mental health symptoms.
