I have been in the mental health and social service field for 10 years working in the Seattle area. I have a masters degree in social work from University of Washington and graduated from their bachelors program with honors.

I take a very individualized approach and walk with my clients in partnership towards their goals, healing, a recovery. The client therapist relationship is sacred and I am so honored to have the privilege to serve you.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about advocating for mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and diversity and equity work. I strive to educate families and communities about the importance of mental health and the benefits of seeking help. By fostering open and honest conversations, I aim to break down barriers and ensure that everyone has access to the care they need.
