Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker and I received my MSW from Temple University in 2017. My clinical specialties are LGBTQIA+ wellness, trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I love doing this work and I'm excited to get to know you. My clinical perspective draws from my personal experiences as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and of living with my own mental health diagnoses, partnered with my professional knowledge.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is humanistic, meaning I maintain an open mind and don't judge, letting the client lead the way to guide the work we do together. It is important to me to create a flat power dynamic, where I never assume I know a client better than they know themself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know one another to establish if working together feels like a good therapeutic fit. I will inquire about your goals for treatment, and I will tell you about my approach. I'll discuss informed consent and confidentiality, and give an opportunity to ask any questions.
