Hi! I'm Nicole, and I look forward to seeing if we will work well together. I have been in the counseling field since 2006 and have developed a broad range of skills and tools to serve my clients. I specialize in trauma work, especially the wounds of early childhood/family of origin and childhood sexual trauma. I also work well with clients experiencing anxiety and depression.
Like many therapists, I take an eclectic approach to treating my clients. I flex with your needs and adjust my style based on how you best process. I am trained in EMDR and place emphasis on brain development and attachment style.
My goal is that you will feel seen, heard, and respected in my space. We will discuss your needs and check in regularly to make sure these are being met. I combine giving clients a space to be heard with a focus on learning skills and tools to better face the stressors of life.
