Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have extensive experience and a deep passion for working with individuals facing all forms of OCD and anxiety—including including panic attacks, specific phobias, health anxiety, social anxiety, fear of driving, fear of flying, agoraphobia, and more. I also treat related conditions on the OCD spectrum, such as body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) like skin picking and hair pulling.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, empathetic approach—because managing anxiety is tough, and you shouldn't have to face it alone. My goal is to equip you with a wide range of practical, effective skills to help you take back control and stop anxiety from running the show.

I use evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).

Together, we'll work to get you back in the driver's seat of your life.
