Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and patterns of self-criticism. I earned my master’s degree in counseling and have advanced training in EMDR, somatic and nervous system–based approaches, and mindfulness-informed therapy. Clients often describe me as authentic and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. When I'm not working, you can usually find me whitewater kayaking, practicing yoga, or exploring the trails and rivers of the Southern Appalachians.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and somatic-focused, integrating mind, body, and emotional awareness. I draw from EMDR, somatic and nervous system regulation practices, attachment therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients work through anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and self-critical thinking. Together, we explore how past experiences shape current patterns and build tools to support balance, clarity, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history and current goals, while also creating space for you to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying next steps and approaches that feel most supportive for you.
