Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachael Rosner, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dance Movement Therapist based in Colorado Springs. I specialize in supporting young adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach integrates talk therapy with experiential, creative, and body-based practices. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom. I believe healing is possible when we feel seen, safe, and empowered to explore our stories.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the mind-body connection. I create a supportive space where clients can slow down, tune in, and explore. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and movement-based practices to help clients deepen self-awareness, process trauma, and build inner resilience. I also integrate tools from the Gottman Method for couples and mindfulness-based approaches for nervous system regulation. Whether we’re talking, moving, or simply noticing what’s present, I aim to meet clients with compassion and curiosity, and support their growth at a pace that feels right.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater self-compassion, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients feel more connected—to their emotions, their bodies, and their relationships. I offer a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where healing can unfold at your own pace. Together, we work toward building emotional resilience, creating healthier patterns, and reclaiming a sense of inner calm and clarity. Whether you're looking for support through a specific transition or deeper personal healing, I aim to support meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
