Great to meet you!

Hi beautiful humans! I am a Nashville-Based Psychotherapist specializing in trauma, somatic, and attachment work. I am certified in EMDR, Integrative Health, and working with Anxiety Related Disorders. My Master's is from New York University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I treat the whole person rather than just addressing isolated symptoms. I function from a social justice lens that places an emphasis on looking at the contextual factors impacting your wellness. I actively work to consider the interconnectedness of your social, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual worlds.

I am here to meet you where you’re at and help co-create an environment that is conducive to your needs for growth while honoring the context of your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that healing and change are synonymous and constant. We are complex beings that deserve to find a healing practice that honors our entire selves, both seen and unseen. This is what I will help you discover in our work together.
