Great to meet you!

I attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, completing an undergraduate degree in Educational Psychology with Rehabilitation Counseling in 1991, and completing a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling including Marriage and Family Therapy in 1995. I have been in active practice since then working with a variety of clients and therapeutic issues, developing a diverse level of experiences and tools to assist my clients in their journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, from short-term solution focused to person-centered, meeting the clients where they are at and utilizing the best approach for their needs.

What you can expect from me

My hope is clients will take from their time with me as healing, with additional skills, better self-confidence and improved relationships as they move forward in their journey.
