Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ray. I help individuals and couples create enduring relationships with themselves and each other. In therapy sessions, I listen, encourage, ask hard questions, take notes, show genuine compassion, and steer you toward helpful resources. My specialty is helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves and others by cultivating an understanding of their identity, beliefs, and why they do what they do.

My approach to therapy

Life has a way of nudging us towards self-examination, often through challenging or even traumatic experiences, prompting us to ponder life's existential questions and confront the essence of our being. This journey led me to explore the tenets of humanistic psychology and the pursuit of self-actualization. It ignited a passion within me – the desire to guide others along their paths of self-discovery, helping them uncover their true potential and embrace the individuals they aspire to become.

What you can expect from me

My private practice abides by three guiding principles - each of which informs how I approach individual and couples therapy: Seeing conflict as opportunities, Present focus, & Growth oriented Life.
