Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I work with children, teens, adults, and parents navigating anxiety, life transitions, and any related challenges. I'm a counselor who believes in creating a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and feel heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. Let's work together to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trust. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to support you with curiosity and care. I use person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices, and often integrate EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and sand tray therapy to support healing and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel seen, supported, and empowered in our work together. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully and explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll build insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward lasting change, whether setting boundaries, healing from trauma, or reconnecting with your values. I hope you leave each session feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped to navigate life with clarity and confidence.
