Great to meet you!

Over the past 10+years, I have worked with various populations and have a working knowledge of how to support people with life transitions, trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss.

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, or unfulfilled, feeling it's easier to stay stuck in the daily grind of life? You begin to realize the life you have feels so different then how you expected it to be? You want to start reconnecting with who you are and what is important to you?

My approach to therapy

When working with individuals, I approach the relationship from a person centered, trauma-informed lense. I provide a warm and supportive approach, providing encouragement along the way to enhance progress with identified goals. My goal is to aid each individual with working towards living a life worth meaning.

What you can expect from me

If you are open to change in any area of your life, such as mind-body connection, physical wellness, personal and professional development and relationships and communication, you are in the right place. I believe building a trust and openness is key to a workable therapeutic relationship. I hope to offer a safe, nonjudgment space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, to include challenges and hopes/dreams.
