🦋 Inner Peace Mind Body and Spirit, LLC Counseling – Rebecca Worrell, LPC

🌙 “We hold space for every part of your becoming.”

We already hold the wisdom within us, even when our thoughts are spiraling out of control. Therapy helps us to reconnect and find our inner strength.

Hi, I’m Rebecca Worrell, LPC — this counseling practice is devoted to healing your whole self while providing casual talk therapy.

Sometimes we just need a safe place to vent, as well as have someone hold us accountable as we work on our goals and becoming better versions of ourselves.

I believe therapy is a sacred space where growth is not rushed—it’s rooted. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity work, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you are welcome here. We’ll work together to explore your inner world, uncover your strengths, and support your mind, body, and spirit in meaningful, integrated ways.

"Follow your dreams. They know the way.”

My approach to therapy

🦋 My Approach

I offer a warm, collaborative, humorous and strength-based style of therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices while leaving space for intuition, reflection, and deep self-awareness. A session may feel like an informal chat that is therapeutic, reflecting and insightful. I’m directive when needed, always empathetic, and passionate about empowering clients through insight and connection. I believe we all need a safe place to vent and process life stressors.

I also believe we need someone to hold us accountable as we work towards our goals and being a better version of ourselves.

My work is rooted in the belief that growth isn’t linear—it’s layered, lived, and deeply human. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that blends evidence-based practices (like CBT and trauma-informed therapy) with mindfulness, reflection, and an integrative lens. Sessions may include nervous system support, identity work, grief processing, or building tangible tools for resilience.

Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, facing burnout, or simply longing for deeper self-connection, you’ll find a calm, grounded space here to explore your next chapter.

My vision is to make you feel seen, heard, worthy and validated.
