Great to meet you!

I specialize in perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, and loss) as well as anxiety that often shows up as overwhelm, overfunctioning, and constant pressure to hold everything together. Many of my clients are high-capacity women who are used to managing a lot, but feel mentally and emotionally overloaded. I offer a grounded, collaborative space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based, relational, and practical. I pay attention to how anxiety and stress show up in both your thoughts and your body, and we work to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or on edge. Therapy may include processing past experiences, learning tools for nervous system regulation, and building boundaries that create more steadiness and mental margin in your life.

For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process in a thoughtful and clinically grounded way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what’s bringing you in and what feels most important to address. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping will feel different as a result of therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clear about our next steps.
