Great to meet you!

As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, I believe peace and healing comes through aligning our inner and outer worlds. Symptoms, such as depression and anxiety, can actually provide clues. I offer a space rooted in meaning and personal transformation. I am particularly drawn to working with unconscious material, like dreams, as a pathway to healing and insight. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and questions of purpose or identity. Together, we explore not only symptoms, but also the deeper patterns and inner narratives that shape your experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends the practical tools of talk therapy with the soul-centered orientation of depth psychology. Whether you're confronting a life crisis or feeling called to explore your inner world more deeply, our work can open the door to personal transformation, lasting change, and a more authentic relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and attuned. I draw on Jungian psychology, attachment theory, spirituality, and mindfulness-based practices. Our sessions are collaborative – guided by your story, your questions, and what emerges in the therapeutic space.
