Great to meet you!

I received my License in Clinical Work in 2007 and have experience working in Homeless Services, the First Steps program focusing on adoption, early trauma and parenting, and in Wellness Collectives focusing on holistic wellness.

My approach to therapy

I am EMDR trained and Heart Math certified. The treatment approaches I use are individualized to each person, and I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel accepted and valued.

I also enjoy working with couples and use an attachment perspective to help each person better understand themselves and each other. Additionally, I teach practical techniques recommended by the Gottman Institute.

What you can expect from me

I love creating a therapeutic space where people feel heard and accepted. My favorite part of my work is helping people understand themselves and their reactions so they can more fully embrace who they are. I also enjoy giving people practical tools to help them regulate their nervous system and feel less stressed.
