My approach is client-centered, warm, and trauma-informed. My clients describe me as insightful, deeply present, and always on their side. I believe feeling emotionally safe and truly seen is the foundation for meaningful growth and re-connecting to your truth.
I draw on coherence therapy, psychodynamic approaches, IFS, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Together, at your pace, we’ll explore patterns and parts of yourself that are hurt, building inner trust, clarity, and self-compassion. I look forward to meeting you!
