Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children (starting at age 4), teens, and young adults. I help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, social skills, and relationship struggles. Parents often come to me looking for support for their child, while young adults reach out when they’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person. Sometimes that means play or art-based techniques for kids, and other times it looks like learning practical skills to manage stress, process emotions, or improve relationships. My goal is always to meet you where you are, create a safe space, and work together toward growth and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive space where your voice matters. Whether we’re helping your child build confidence or exploring what’s been weighing on you, we’ll focus on tools and strategies that fit your life. My hope is that you or your child leave sessions feeling more capable, confident, and empowered in everyday life.
